2025 ANNUAL MEETING

PROXY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use this form (“Proxy”) if you are not able to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting on December 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. You may attend the Annual Meeting if you submit a Proxy.
2. Complete all sections. In accordance with Section 2.9 of the Bylaws, proxies shall be duly executed in writing by or on behalf of the Unit Owner, or in cases where a Unit Owner is more than one Person, by or on behalf of all such Persons.  Accordingly, if only one Owner of the Unit signs this Proxy, it will be deemed to be signed by all Owners of the Unit.  In order to be valid, the Proxy must also be dated.
3. Please identify the natural person you wish to serve as your proxy at the 2025 Annual Meeting where indicated on the Proxy.   
4. Check only one box identifying whether the Proxy will be Instructed, Uninstructed or for Quorum Purposes Only. If you select more than one option, you will only be counted for purposes of establishing quorum.
5. If the Proxy is Instructed, your vote for the election of Directors will be cast as you instruct. If you write-in a candidate, they must accept the nomination and qualify to serve.  Section 2.8 of the Bylaws states that no Unit Owner may be elected to or serve on the Board if payment by such Unit Owner of any financial obligation to the Association is delinquent more than 60 days and the amount necessary to bring the account current has not been paid at the time of such meeting or election.  Additionally, per Section 3.1 of the Bylaws, only Unit Owners or spouses of Unit Owners, or any other Person that has a legal interest in the property may be elected to the Board.  Accordingly, ineligible candidates will not be added to the ballot at the Annual Meeting, nor will any candidate who has not accepted the nomination.   
6. If the Proxy is Uninstructed, your vote for the election of Directors will be cast as the holder of your Proxy sees fit without consulting you.
7. If the Proxy is for Quorum Purposes Only, the holder of your Proxy will not cast any vote for the election of Directors, and you will only be counted for purposes of achieving quorum.
8. This Proxy is for the 2025 Annual Meeting and any recess or adjournment thereof. The Proxy may be revoked only by actual receipt of notice of revocation from any Owner of the Unit to the person presiding over the 2025 Annual Meeting.
9. Please give a copy of the Proxy to the person you designate as your Proxy holder.

I/We and , owners of hereby appoint the following person as my/our proxy* for the 2025 Annual Meeting to be held on December 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., and any recess or adjournment thereof:  

*(Any natural person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age may serve as your proxy.  If no name is written above, or the person you designated to serve as your proxy does not attend the Annual Meeting or is not qualified to serve, then the Officer presiding over the Annual Meeting shall serve as your proxy for quorum purposes and if you selected an Instructed Proxy, casting your vote for the election of Directors as you instruct.  All proxies shall also be deemed appointed with the power to vote on your behalf for any recess or adjournment of the Annual Meeting, and the adoption of the 2024 Annual Meeting minutes.)

SELECT ONLY ONE OPTION BELOW.  If you select more than one option, or you return your executed Proxy without indicating any selection, you will only be counted for purposes of establishing quorum. 

By selecting this option, you will be deemed present at the Annual Meeting for quorum purposes and your proxy will cast your vote for the election of Directors at the Annual Meeting and any other matter that properly comes before the membership at the Annual Meeting as they see fit without consulting you.  Any vote cast by your proxy shall have the same force and effect as if you were present and voting at the Annual Meeting
By selecting this option, you will be deemed present at the Annual Meeting for quorum purposes and your proxy will cast your vote for the election of Directors at the Annual Meeting as you instruct below.  Select up to TWO candidates.  If you select more than two (2) candidates, your vote for the election of Directors will be deemed invalid and you will only be deemed present at the Annual Meeting for quorum purposes.  Write-ins (i.e., writing in a candidate's name below) constitutes a vote for that person, provided that such person accepts the nomination and otherwise qualifies to serve on the Board of Directors.

 
 

By selecting this option, you will be deemed present at the Annual Meeting for quorum purposes and no votes will be cast on your behalf for the election of Directors at the Annual Meeting. 

PLEASE SUBMIT NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON ON DECEMBER 9, 2025
