I hereby agree to the following conditions:

  • To be billed for the cost of damages caused to the facility or furnishings, above “normal wear and tear and cleaning”.
  • To be present for the entire function and assume responsibility for the actions of guests.
  • Not to allow smoking in the Community Space, restrooms, kitchen, hallways, or any interior areas of the building.
  • Not to allow consumption, sale or distribution of drugs in the Community space, restrooms, kitchen, hallways, or any interior or exterior areas of the building.
  • Not to sell alcohol upon the premises.
  • Not to allow noise at a level that will disturb others present in the community building, nearby neighbors or residents of the Property.
  • To commence and conclude the use of the community space from 8:30am to 10:00PM.
  • To deposit all rubbish appropriately in the dumpster area and return the community space in the same condition as accepted.
  • In recognition of the permission to use the Club House, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive any right of cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of such activity from which any liability may or could accrue to the Trustees of the Easton Crossing Condominium Trust, the Easton Crossing Condominium Trust, the unit owners of the Easton Crossing Condominium and/or the agents, servants, employees, and attorneys thereof and its management company, its agents, servants, employees, and attorneys.
  • By the execution hereof, the undersigned hereby releases the Trustees of the Easton Crossing Condominium Trust, the Easton Crossing Condominium Trust, the unit owners of the Easton Crossing Condominium and/or the agents, servants, employees, and attorneys from any and all liability for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action arising out of or connected in any manner with the use of the Club House. The undersigned further agrees to defend, indemnify and release the Trustees of the Easton Crossing Condominium Trust, the Easton Crossing Condominium, the unit owners of the Easton Crossing Condominium and/or the agents, servants, employees, and attorneys thereof and its management company, its agents, servants, employees, and attorneys thereof and its management company, its agents, servants, employees and attorneys and hold same to be harmless from any liability for any injury or damage sustained as a result of use of the property.
  • It is understood permission to use the Club House is not a right and permission to use is fully revocable at will by the Trustees of the Easton Crossing Condominium Trust, the present Board and/or any successor Board thereof and/or any agent thereof including but not limited to employees of the Association and its management company
  • Clubhouse capacity is 40 people.
  • Residents have permission to decorate, however decorations must be promptly removed.
  • Rental of facility is for clubhouse use only, and not the surrounding exterior common areas.

Payment Details:

  • All homeowners are required to complete the reservation application and submit a non-refundable $25.00 usage fee.
  • The fee can be paid electronically through their resident portal at: https://eastoncrossing.connectresident.com/, or by check or money order made payable to Easton Crossing Condominium Trust to the Association office at:

  • *Please note, checks/money orders sent to the Association office may delay the reservation process as the reservation cannot be fully processed without receipt of the signed agreement, as well as payment.

Serious or repeated violations of the above conditions can lead to disqualification for future usage.

 

I acknowledge responsibility for the actions of our guests and invitees. I have read, and fully understand, and accept the above conditions and procedure.
