Ladson, SC, 29456 at 6:00 p.m. and at any and all adjournments thereof, as follows.

Each unit is allocated one (1) indivisible vote with respect to such matters and cumulative votes are not permitted. Should the undersigned be present and elect to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof, then the power of said proxy shall be deemed terminated and of no further force and effect.
