The fees for reservations are $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours (non-refundable) and a $200.00 deposit (which may be refundable upon verification by a Board Member that the clubhouse has been left in a clean and undamaged condition). 

NOTE: This is a rental agreement for the clubhouse only. No pool rental or pool usage allowed. No event will be allowed past 11PM. Clubhouse hours are 8 AM to 11 PM. Only Courtyard Homes’ homeowners and Cascade homeowners may reserve the Clubhouse with the understanding:
1. They are assuming full responsibility for the entire event.
2. They are liable for any damage or unclean conditions resulting from the event and that the cost of any cleanup and/or repairs will be billed to them by the Association (with full rights of enforcement including lien and foreclosure proceedings).
3. Maximum capacity is 55 people.
4. No smoking is permitted.
5. Clubhouse floors must be swept – all crumbs and debris must be cleaned up.
6. Counter tops and sink must be wiped down (cleaning products under sink).
7. All party décor must be removed from the clubhouse.
8. All garbage must be removed (trash receptacle located outside behind fencing).
9. All refrigerator items brought into the clubhouse must be removed and the refrigerator cleaned. Please do not touch or take any existing food/beverage items that are located inside the refrigerator – there are regular groups meeting at the clubhouse that store their items in the refrigerator).
10. Clubhouse tables and chairs should be cleaned and placed back to the original location.
11. Any damage must be reported to FirstService Residential as soon as possible.
12. Neither FirstService Residential nor Courtyard Homes HOA provides event planning, set-up, tear down, food prep or equipment, or cleaning services. The homeowner is encouraged to check the Clubhouse in advance to determine their needs.
13. Loud, unruly, lewd, obnoxious behavior or profanity is not permitted and may result in termination of the event.
14. Grills are NOT permitted on property.
15. Alcohol is only permitted when a copy of a Host Liquor Liability Waiver Insurance Coverage is provided at least five (5) days in advance of the event.
