The 2025 Coldstream Cove Condominium Association (hereinafter, “Association”) Annual Members’ Meeting will be held at the office of FirstService Residential located at 11822 Highway 17 Bypass South, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety and signed at the bottom. Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections, and return to FirstService Residential no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

Whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting, please fill out this form and return it in the postage-paid envelope, or email to [email protected] so your vote can be cast in absentia, if necessary. There is a QR code also listed on the form along with the mailing address. If you do attend the Annual Members’ Meeting and wish to change your vote at the meeting, you will be able to do so. ATTENDANCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association expenses as defined in IRS Reg. 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2025, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.
