REQUIREMENTS:

1. Homeowners must be current in their Condominium assessments and cannot be in violation of the Condominiums
Governing Documents. Please be advised that if you are leasing your unit, your tenants will not be able to receive
a guest permit if the assessments are past due or if there are any violations pending.

2. Temporary guest parking permits will not be issued for any lot in excess of a total of sixty (60) days in any
calendar year. Permits may be issued for a maximum of two (2) weeks at a time.

3. Not more than one guest permit per household will be issued in any 24 hours period. Residents with more than
one guest within a 24 hours period must find alternate parking arrangements for their guests.

4. Guest permits should be displayed at all times.

5. This permit must be displayed properly or vehicle will be subject to towing. Permits are to be displayed in the
front windshield of the driver’s side.

Indemnification Agreement: By and between the Chesterfield Condominium through its Board of Directors and the
Undersigned, I/We have received a copy of the Chesterfield Condo Parking Rules and Regulations and agree to comply
with it. In the absence of signatures of other residents of the above stated Chesterfield Condominium address, I/We take
full responsibility for their actions in regards to the Chesterfield Condominium Parking Rules and Regulations. Further,
I/We assume all responsibility in the event I/We authorize the towing of a vehicle and shall indemnify the Association, its
Board of Directors and its Management Company against any claims made against the Association, its Board of Directors
and its Management Company.
