• REPLACEMENT PERMITS ARE $50.
• ONLY ONE PERMIT PER UNIT WILL BE ISSUED; PASSES SHOULD BE DELVERED TO NEW OWNERS DURING CLOSING; HOMEOWNER SHOULD COLLECT PASSES FROM TENANTS THAT MOVE OUT AND DELIVER TO NEW TENANTS.
• UPON REISSUING OF A PERMIT THE PRIOR PERMIT NUMBER WILL BE INVALID. USE OF THE INVALID PERMIT MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TOWING, AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE. NEITHER CHERRY HILL CROSSING NOR MANAGEMENT ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY TOWING A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES.

If this request is for a replacement, please pay for the permit online through your resident portal using the instructions below. If this request is for a first time permit, do not submit payment.

Instructions for making resident portal access device payments: Go to https://CherryHillCrossing.connectresident.com and login. Once logged in, click 'Make A Payment' to access ClickPay. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance, then select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the fob payment amount. See the attached payment screenshot example as well.  If you have trouble making a payment through the resident portal please call 24/7 Customer Care Center so they can walk you through it step by step over the phone at 800.870.0010.

My signature below confirms that I have read and understand the Association’s Governing Documents pertaining to vehicles and parking within the community. I understand that as the property owner, I am responsible for informing all guests and/or tenants of these guidelines and agree to follow all said guidelines.
