Parking passes will only be issued to Chancery of Kingstowne residents. Additionally, each unit will be issued one (1) resident decal and only two (2) visitor passes. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed after submitting this form. To avoid delay in processing this application, please be sure all blanks are filled in.

Vehicle Information
Please provide all vehicle information below for registration purposes. Please complete information for Vehicles 2 and 3 if you plan on keeping the vehicle(s) on Chancery property for an extended period of time.
If any of the above information changes, the Resident is required to inform the Association. If you are an owner and selling your unit, please inform the buyer of the need to register their vehicles and be sure to supply your visitor passes to the new owners.
Are you requesting a replacement decal or hang tag?
There will be a charge of $10.00 for the replacement of any decal or hang tag. If your request is not for a replacement, no payment is needed.
To pay the replacement cost, login to your Connect resident portal at https://ChanceryCondosKingstowne.connectresident.com. Once logged in, click 'Make Payment' to access ClickPay. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance, then select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the charge.
