as my/our proxy to attend the meeting in person on my/our behalf.

If no name is listed above, the Association’s Vice President (or the Treasurer in the V.P.’s absence) will serve as my/our proxy at the Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting, which is scheduled for April 16, 2025, and at any subsequent rescheduling, adjournment or reconvening of that meeting, for the purposes of voting (i) to approve the meeting minutes for the last Annual Meeting, (ii) if there is no quorum, to adjourn and reconvene at a later time, or if quorum is reached, to adjourn the meeting at the conclusion of the agenda, and (iii) as indicated below, and if marked:

The Board anticipates that if either project is approved, your monthly assessment will need to increase $5 to $20 each month.

BULK TRASH ENCLOSURES

  • 1 enclosure at each end of the community
    • Across from the tot lot (near Building 1)
    • Midway between the Building 11 dumpster enclosure and Building 13
  • Each enclosure would require eliminating two existing parking spaces
  • Coded door locking system to prevent dumping from outside the community.

CAMERAS

  • 50 to 60 cameras around the community
  • Cameras would be located on the outside of buildings, the dumpster enclosures, the gazebo on the lake side, and the entrance to Chancery
  • Owners who request a review/retrieval of camera footage will be required to pay a fee to management
