OWNER PROXY BALLOT 

November 11, 2025

USE THIS FORM IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ZOOM MEETING TO VOTE.

I/We, and ,

owner/owners of  

being a member/members in good standing of Centreville Crossing Homeowners’ Association and under the provisions of the duly recorded legal instruments governing said Association, do hereby authorize and appoint the following as my designated Proxyholder to vote on my behalf and to represent me on the issues at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Centreville Crossing Homeowners’ Association to be held on November 11, 2025, or any subsequent meeting called due to a failure to obtain a quorum to hold the meeting.

*If no person is designated as the Proxyholder, any Board member will serve as the default Proxyholder.

In the election for the Members of the Board of Directors, my designated Proxyholder is directed to vote as follows:  

Write-in/Vote for NO MORE THAN THREE:

To properly stagger the Board, one Director will be elected to serve a three-year term, one Director will be elected to serve a two-year term, and one Director will be elected to serve a one-year term. The Candidate receiving the highest number of votes will serve the three-year term, the candidate receiving the second highest number of votes will serve the two-year term, and the candidate receiving the third highest votes will serve the one-year term.                                                                                                                                               

If I have not directed my vote on this proxy ballot, then this proxy will be used only for attaining Quorum. 

I/we understand that the Proxyholder must be present at the Annual Zoom Meeting in order to cast my/our vote. In the event that a quorum is not attained on November 11, 2025, this proxy shall remain in full force and effect until any recess or adjournment of the Annual Meeting is held where quorum shall be present or represented, unless revoked in writing by notice to the designated Proxyholder and the Secretary of the Association.

This proxy is executed for the 2025 Annual Association Meeting and carries with it the full right to the Proxyholder to cast his/her vote as he/she sees fit on all issues properly brought for vote at the meeting for which this proxy is valid.
