1. Submit copy of current Virginia vehicle registration with current Cedar Lakes address.

2. Submit copy of current lease agreement if you are a tenant. Only those named on the lease will be permitted decals.

NOTE: Replacement for lost, stolen or damaged decals cost $100.00 each.
Old decals will be reported to the towing company, and any vehicles displaying such decals will be towed without warning at the owner’s expense.
