2ND PAY FOR FOBS ONLINE THROUGH YOUR RESIDENT PORTAL HERE https://CarolinaReserveHOA.connectresident.com. No checks accepted. No pickups. Owner’s ledger will be billed and owner pays through the resident portal payment processing center.
The fitness center, pool and amenity center are accessible by key fob.
Each address is allowed a maximum of two access fobs.
All access fobs will be sent to your address in Carolina Reserve unless indicated below.
Each residence is allowed a max of 2 fobs per address. Any replacement fobs if lost or damaged are $10.00 per fob.
Fobs are only to be issued when Homeowners Dues are paid-in-full.
All fobs should be transferred from owner to owner during closing. If you closed on your home and did not receive a fob, you will need to remit payment.
