Brickhope Plantation 2024 Annual Meeting Ballot
This ballot will cast your vote to elect members of the Brickhope Master Association for the position of Director for the Association Board of Directors in the 2024 election.
There are three Director positions to be filled by candidates listed below or written in by you. The three candidates receiving the most votes will be elected Director for a term of three (3) years.
Owners have three options to vote: by mail, email, or in person at the annual meeting.
Please keep the following in mind as you submit your vote.
›› Only ONE vote for each candidate will be counted for each Lot.
›› The name of the voter on the Ballot must match the name that appears on the Property Title. If this name does not match, the Votes cast on this ballot will not be counted.
›› Paper Ballots must be signed with the name that matches the name on Property Title. Unsigned paper Ballots will not be counted.
›› If More Than One Ballot is submitted per Lot:
1. If all votes cast on the ballots are for the same candidate(s), ONE vote will be counted for the candidate(s).
2. If votes are cast for different candidates those votes will not be counted.

Ballots will be accepted electronically or by emailing it to [email protected] until meeting day Tuesday, November 12th at noon and in person at the meeting. Expect a 5 to 7 day delay in mail if the ballot is returned by mail.
