2025 ANNUAL MEETING  QUORUM PROXY 

(This is a limited proxy that can only be used to establish quorum for the 2025 Annual meeting)

I   of , as a member of Brickhope Plantation HOA, I hereby assign to the President of the Association my proxy to be counted toward the quorum at the Annual Meeting.  This proxy may not be cast to vote for or against any matter being considered at the 2025 Annual meeting except to establish quorum to conduct business.
