• Check calendar availability on the community website https://BellaVitaHOA.connectresident.com 
• No more than 55 guests are allowed for a private party. 
• Clubhouse use is limited to social functions only, no business functions allowed. 
• Clubhouse hours for events are from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
• Reservations are for clubhouse only. Pool and pool furniture cannot be reserved or used for private parties.
• Clubhouse must be cleaned immediately after use. Trash is to be taken to the large trash containers outside of the clubhouse.
• Restrooms and exercise equipment must be kept available for other homeowners to access.
• Owner is responsible for any damages incurred, even if such damages exceed deposit amount. 
• Clubhouse and amenities are limited to owners and their guests. The (adult) owner must remain with the party while guests are on premises. 
• Bag all trash and put into large cans located OUTSIDE.
• One sign will be left in the drawer beside the refrigerator to be placed on the door for your Private Event. Please leave the sign on the kitchen counter at the end of the event.
• Reservation fees are as followed: $75.00 Rental Fee and $150 Refundable Deposit for cleaning damage- MUST SEND TWO (2) SEPERATE CHECKS. Your deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the premises, to determine if there is any damage, it was properly cleaned and the laminated signs are returned.

Homeowner must agree and initial each item below:

No tape or pin decorations
Wipe down all counters and sink in the kitchen
Wipe down any walls/windows that may have been messed during the event
Clean out refrigerator of leftover items
Clean, dry and return any used kitchen utensils or items to their original location
Sweep/Mop floors if needed
Clean up all decorations used
Place all furniture back to original area (if moved) *DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE*
Turn off fireplace if used
Turn off TVs if used
Remove all trash from the amenity center
