The Bella Vita HOA (hereinafter, “Association”) Annual Members’ Meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Grand Coastal Mall / Myrtle Beach Airport, 2383 Coastal Grand Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety, and signed at the bottom. Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections and return to FirstService Residential no later than 5 PM on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
Whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting, please fill out this form and return it in the postage-paid envelope or via email so your vote can be cast in absentia, if necessary. If you do attend the Annual Members’ Meeting and wish to change your vote at the meeting, you will be able to do so. ATTENDANCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association expenses as defined in IRS Reg. 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2025, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604. (The Board recommends voting for this resolution.)
