Being a member/members in good standing of Barrington Homeowners’ Association I/we do hereby grant my/our proxy for the sole purpose of voting at the 2026 Annual Meeting scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or any adjournments or continuations thereof. This proxy must indicate your name and address above and be signed and dated below, in accordance with the Bylaws in order to be valid.

Proxies are essential to gaining a quorum for the meeting since many cannot attend in person.
However, a proxy also carries legal responsibility.

Generally, a proxy is similar to a power of attorney given to another to vote in the member’s stead. This proxy shall be void if I attend the meeting and shall terminate at the end of the meeting.
