This proxy is executed for the 2025 Transition Meeting scheduled for August 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. or any adjournments or continuations thereof that may occur within 180 days of the date of the meeting, and it carries with it the full right of the proxy holder to cast the vote allocated to the unit as the proxy holder sees fit. If the name of the proxy holder is left blank, this proxy will be assigned to the Board President. If no selection is made, this proxy will be used for Quorum purposes only.
