A. THE SECRETARY OF ASSOCATION. In the event the Secretary of the Association becomes a candidate for election or re-election to the Board of Directors or is not in attendance then that person’s appointment as my proxy shall be revoked and instead the proxy shall be held by “majority” of the Board of Directors.B. Resolved, that any excess of Association income over Association expenses are defined in IRS Reg. 1-277-1 for the year ended December 31, 2025, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by the IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.
