ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING – Saturday, November 14, 2026; 10:00 a.m.

PROXY

The Atlantis Association (hereinafter, “Association”) Annual Members’ Meeting will be held in the Atlantis’ Social Room, on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety and signed at the bottom.

Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections and return as soon as possible to allow for mailing, but no later than Thursday, November 12, 2026.

Whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Member’s Meeting, please fill out this form and return it in the provided return envelope, or via email, so your vote can be cast in absentia, if necessary. If you do attend the Annual Members’ meeting and wish to change your vote at the meeting, you will be able to do so. Attendance is not required.

SECTION A- ELECTION OF DIRECTORS: Vote for up to one (1) candidates by placing a checkmark before the name of the candidate or writing in the name of any homeowner (with their permission) that you would like to appoint to the Board.

SECTION C – APPROVAL OF TAX RESOLUTION:   Please fill out this section whether you plan to attend or not.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association Expenses as defined in IRS Reg 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2026, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604. SECTION D – PROXY AGENT:

In the event the Secretary of the Association becomes a candidate for election or re- election to the Board of Directors or is not in attendance, then that person’s appointment as my proxy shall be revoked and instead, the proxy shall be held by ‘majority” of the Board of Directors. B. I APPOINT designated proxy holder as my Proxy. (Print name of your representative attending the meeting; Proxy holder must be present at meeting). This Proxy may be revoked by the undersigned at any time (provided I give notice of revocation to the Secretary of the Association, and it shall be deemed to be automatically revoked if undersigned attends the Annual Meeting.
