I reviewed the following Applebrook Meadows Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations:
1) Clubhouse, Deck and Pool Security Check List (ABMR-003-xx);
2) Clubhouse and Deck (ABMR-004-xx);
3) Clubhouse and Deck Rental Agreement (ABMR-006-xx) and agree to the conditions outlined in these three (3) documents.
Procedures to Rent the Clubhouse
1. To reserve the Clubhouse, reservations must be submitted at least (7) calendar days prior to the event.
2. A rental fee of $200 is required to rent the Clubhouse.
3. A $400 security deposit is also required.
The following items must be received by the Management Office at least three (3) days prior to the event:
a. A completed and signed Clubhouse and Deck Reservation Request
b. Payment for the Rental Fee of $200; Payments can be submitted online via the Resident Portal (https://applebrookmeadows.connectresident.com/) or check payable to Applebrook Meadows HOA, 1016 West Ninth Avenue, Suite 305, King of Prussia, PA 19406
c. Payment for the Security Deposit of $400; Payments can be submitted online via the Resident Portal (https://applebrookmeadows.connectresident.com/) or check payable to Applebrook Meadows HOA, 1016 West Ninth Avenue, Suite 305, King of Prussia, PA 19406
d. Contractor Certificate of Insurance (as many as applicable)
