This proxy is executed for the 2026 Special Meeting schedule for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM or any adjournments or continuations thereof. If you select B, but the name of the proxy holder is left blank, it will be assigned to the President of the Board of Directors. This proxy must be signed below in order to be valid.

PROXY INSTRUCTIONS

1. A proxy may be revoked only by written notice from the owner(s) to the person presiding at the meeting.
2. Type your name and address where indicated at the top of this proxy form.
3. If you select option B, type the name of the natural person you designate to be your proxy holder. 
4. Any proxy shall be void if it is not signed and submitted, if it purports to be revocable without notice, or if the signature of any of those executing the proxy is invalid.
