The undersigned member of the Woodbury Homeowners Association, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation (the “Association”), does hereby constitute and appoint
(or the President of the Association if a proxy is not named in said blank) the undersigned’s true and lawful attorney(s), with full power of substitution, to attend the Annual Meeting and Budget Ratification of the membership of the Association scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Woodbury Clubhouse located at 9024 Gray Willow Road, Charlotte, NC 28227.

Unless this Proxy is revoked as provided for in N.C.G.S. §55-A-7-24, this Proxy will expire eleven (11) months from the date below. All other proxies signed by the undersigned are revoked and voided. If no one is selected on your submitted proxy, your vote will be given to the current Board President.
