Pool Rules Acknowledgement Form
If a unit is rented, the owner or the tenant may use the pool, BUT NOT BOTH. This form should be completed by the party who will be using the pool.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Westwind Crossing HOA pool rules. I am responsible for making sure all members of my household, and any guests we bring to the pool, are aware of and understand these rules. I understand that failure to follow the Westwind Crossing HOA pool rules may result in removal from the pool and/or suspension of pool privileges for the remainder of the season.
I/we hereby acknowledge we have received, read, and fully understand the pool rules and hereby agree to abide by them.
I/we hereby acknowledge that failure to abide by the pool rules may result in suspension of pool privileges.
I/we hereby accept all responsibility for any family member(s) or guest(s) using the pool
I/we herely acknowledge pool access will not be granted if the Association fees are not in good standing.
