The undersigned titleholder of property in the Crowfield Village Homeowners Association, Inc. hereby appoints , (if left blank, a board member of the Association) as my proxy to act on my behalf and to cast all votes which the undersigned is entitled to cast at the April 23, 2026 Annual Meeting, to be held at Caromi Fire Station located at 554 College Park Rd. Ladson, SC, 29456 at 6:00 p.m. and at any and all adjournments thereof, as follows.

- OTHER ASSOCIATION MATTERS - To take action for me/us upon any other matters on the agenda that properly come before the Meeting.
Each unit is allocated one (1) indivisible vote with respect to such matters and cumulative votes are not permitted. Should the undersigned be present and elect to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof, then the power of said proxy shall be deemed terminated and of no further force and effect.
